Chair of Australian Grape & Wine's Diversity, Equality & Inclusion in Wine (DEIW) Committee, Emily Hay is a marketing professional with 20 years' experience in hospitality, tourism, design & wine.
Noted for her astute observations of the relationship between awareness and advocacy in change management, Emily's article "Are We Safe At Work?" was published by both Wine Australia and WBM in November 2022 and has since continued to encourage brave conversations that sow the seeds of change.
At home in Barossa, Emily is now with Mastermind Consulting as Marketing Strategist / Account Director, where she indulges in her nerdy love of systems and storytelling to build creative strategies that just make sense.
