In partnership with the Great Southern Wine Producers Association, DPIRD and Wine Australia, WoWA invites emerging leaders from WA's wine regions to apply for this intensive, industry-focused leadership program.

Across three residential workshops in the Great Southern – starting in Albany on 16–17 September – participants will gain over $5,000 worth of professional development for just $1,000 (+GST). Expect cutting-edge leadership training, strategic thinking skills, governance know-how, and powerful networking with fellow wine professionals.

Exciting Partnership Opportunity: WoWA is proud to partner with Rootlings Wine Industry Youth Network to sponsor one Western Australian Rootlings member to attend the program. This sponsorship opportunity is open to all WA Rootlings members – a fantastic chance for young wine professionals to accelerate their leadership journey at no cost.

Open to wine producers, grape growers, marketers, admin and sales teams, and supply chain professionals from the Great Southern, Blackwood Valley, and Southern Forests regions.
