Demystifying COP for the Wine Community
To bridge the gap between global decisions and local roots, we are hosting a dedicated online session on Thursday, 28 August, facilitated by Jenna Vaughan.
We will be joined by two Subject Matter Experts who will share on-the-ground perspectives:
Sally Higgins will unpack what COP (UN Climate Change Conference) actually is, how it operates, and why the decisions made on global stages directly impact regional viticulture.
Maggie Jarrett will share her personal experience attending COP in Brazil, offering a realistic look at what happens behind the scenes and what to expect from upcoming gatherings.
