NSW Rootlings with Small Businesses, Check This Out!

Tocal College has a fully subsidised upcoming training opportunity to support producers in building stronger farm business management capabilities and making more informed financial decisions.

The course is delivered by Mike Krause of P2PAgri and Tony Hudson, an experienced agribusiness adviser and former Director of Farm Business Management at Marcus Oldham College. It includes five interactive group Zoom sessions and five confidential one-on-one sessions with your coach.

Plan to Profit is a nationally accredited 12-week online business management course that assists producers to translate their data into clear, confident decision-making, using P2PAgri software to develop a 3–5 year business plan.

Participants will develop the skills to:

  • Build financial confidence

  • Understand key profit drivers

  • Manage business risk more effectively

  • Make well-informed strategic decisions

For producers currently using Xero, the program includes integration with P2PAgri, allowing trial balance data to be securely imported via a one-click connection. This enables the generation of detailed management reports, performance trends, and analytical insights beyond standard accounting outputs.

The course is fully subsidised for eligible producers through the NSW Farm Business Resilience Program.

Next intake: 13 July 2026
