The FarmElevate Program supports Western Australian southern horticultural farmers (including wine grape growers) to strengthen their business skills and adaptability. The Program offers subsidised, tailored support, learning, and business development opportunities to help your business navigate the future.

Primary producers involved will also have the opportunity to develop a Farm Business Plan through the training and guidance of experienced industry consultants, trainers, and business coaches.

Program has been developed using extensive intel from the industry sectors:

- The program has multiple different styles of delivery and is designed to be flexible to work around busy schedules.

- There are 3 in-person workshops in each region over July, August and September, based on the locations of the registrants.

- In-person workshops will be between 9 am and 3 pm, online workshops will range from 1 to 3 hours long.

- 10-12 hours of business coaching is included in the program and designed to help you ask the right questions to effectively build out the farm business plan.

- All FarmElevate workshops and activities are directly linked to building out the farm business plan.

- In-person workshops are highly recommended to attend, all other online materials are optional – growers can choose how much or how little they would like to do.

- There is no personal information sharing in the program. Farm businesses can choose how much they share with their business coach.

Please note that to attend workshops, participants must first register in the FarmElevate program at https://www.gga.org.au/activity/farmelevate/.
